After our first conversation with him, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind we had found someone unique and committed full-time to the business. Moving to a new state, where to start? I started googling the pros and cons of moving to Wilmington, found several videos with Jake and Lexi. They were extremely helpful; I called and made an appointment to just explore the area. We had several discussions by phone to understand what we were looking for and why by the time we met to “explore” Jake got us. That is the key when picking an agent “do they get you”, “Did they listen to you”. Not only did he show us properties we loved but continued to work with us for almost a year to the date of meeting in person to get the house build we wanted. Joining the walk throughs seeing things we did not. Jake works alongside you and works great with the builders’ team. I highly recommend Jake and hope I’ve provided insight on why. When buying or selling use Jake, use the agent that will listen and work WITH you.
